Balancing + Body Awareness

Join me for a 3 week mini series where we explore balance through movement and storytelling. An emphasis will be put on body awareness, as this is the foundation of balancing. This is a VIRTUAL kid’s yoga class for children ages 5-10 years old. Saturday January 6, 13, 20 10 am.

Private Kids yoga class (Virtual)

These classes are typically designed to be age-appropriate and include a range of activities such as breathing exercises, poses, games, stories, music, relaxation, and meditation. By participating in these classes, your little yogi can practice and improve their fine and gross motor skills, as well as social and group skills.

Private Whimsy One + Me Yoga Class ( Virtual)

Private yoga classes for one child and one parent and structured like an age-appropriate kids class – with yoga poses, sequences, mindfulness activities, songs, and games, with emphasis activities for parents and children to do together. Each class is planned intentionally with family concerns or interests.
