Popsicle + Peace Party was created in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic and much racial tension. I wanted to bring peace to families and communities by having a free party. This year was the 2nd Annual Popsicle + Peace Party. We met on August 27 at the MPACC BoxPark.
Local artist Kristin Robinson led our affirmation art bar. Here she is pictured discussing affirmations with 2 children that attended. They are creating the art project and writing their own affirmations.

Miss Christina taught family yoga and guided meditation to families. In the picture below, we are balancing in Frog pose.

Too Good Eats set up their delicious vegan popsicle bar. After yoga, families enjoyed the cold treats and relaxed together.

If you missed the party this year plan to join us August 2023 for even more peace and fun.
What a lovely looking ever and LOVE the tool kit suggestions.
Thank you Courtney!
